In Memory

RICHIE

R.I.P

He was only thirty two years old

When Richie got taken away

A founder member of the Patriots

That still soldiers on every day

 Swinehead Bridge you’re remembered

Richie our Brother in Arms

So young to be taken away

Older Bros still miss your charms

On a memorial plaque with a garden

Where flowers grow in the sun

Every year it has a visit

On Richie’s memorial run

I hear you were a hard man

Of that there seems no doubt

No normal things could hurt you

It took a train to take Richie out

Now Brother rest in peace

On the witching hour we will toast

And tell Patriot stories of Richie

Then see who can drink the most
